What this notice covers
This notice explains what information we collect when you use the Turf Diamond website, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights. It covers two data activities: the contact form and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, organization name, and the message you write. We also capture which language version of the site you submitted from so we can reply in the right language. This information is sent directly to the Turf Diamond company inbox via Cloudflare Pages Forms and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties, use it for marketing, or add it to any mailing list without your explicit consent. We retain contact-form submissions in our inbox for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted as part of routine inbox maintenance.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track visitors across sites. The data it collects — page views, referrers, device type, and country — is aggregated and anonymized. No consent banner is required because no personal data is processed. Your rights
If you have submitted the contact form and would like us to delete or provide a copy of the information you sent, you can request this by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
